Refer to Document 00 2 00, Supplementary Instructions to Bidders, Subparagraph 2.1.3, regarding performance of work of a Fire Protection specialty contractor license classification C-16.

Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: defining an accessible path of travel both at the exterior and interior of the building encompassing the common building elements up to tenant doors including modification of entrance, parking, restrooms and elevators.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on June 30, 2021, at 9:00 A.M., at which time representatives of the state and prospective bidders shall meet at 1304 O Street, Sacramento, CA. The State's requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required in order for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
