Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: removal and replacement of the ice melt system on the Vehicle Inspection Building Roof, replace damaged roof panels, add snow retention bars, and modify the power supply to the ice melt system.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on May 6, 2020 at 11:00 A.M., at the Truckee Border Station at 12750 Interstate 80, Truckee, California 96161. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
