Summary:
Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of: Well completion, excavation, well pedestal construction, concrete building foundation, pre-engineered metal building construction, well pump and piping installation, pipeline work and tie-in to existing buried piping, electrical power routing and electrical power and control equipment installation, erosion control, and related work.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on December 1, 2020 at 11:00 AM, at Porterville Developmental Center, Plant Operations at 26501 Ave 140, Porterville CA 93257. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
