Summary:
This project is being bid in accordance with Government Code 14838.7 and is open only to Small Business and Micro Business contractors certified through the California Department of General Services, Office of Small Business and DVBE Services.
This is a re-advertisement of a Project for which bids were opened on May 5, 2021 and no contract was awarded. No revisions were made to scope of original work and Drawings and Project Manual, including Addenda, remain same as originally issued with exception of new bid opening date. New Bid Forms will be issued to qualified bidders.
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Demolition, ADA accessibility work, electrical raceway, wiring, panel boards, and related work.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on June 29, 2021 at 1:00 P.M., at OB 8, Visitors Entrance, located at 744 P Street, Sacramento, CA 95814. Bidders are required to sign in upon arrival and sign out at the conclusion of the pre-bid site inspection. Attendance for the entire inspection is required for bidders to be eligible to submit a bid.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
