Summary:

Scope of Work: Major components of Project Work consist of demolition, excavation, manholes, fencing, cast in place concrete, electrical raceway, wiring, cable, transformers, pole lines, panel boards, switchgear, generator and related work.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on February 11, 2020 at 10:00 A.M., in the lobby of Department of Rehabilitation Building #10, 705 Capitol Mall, Sacramento, CA.
