Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on October 2, 2019 at 10:00 A.M., at which time representatives of the State and prospective bidders shall meet at Porterville Development Center, Plant Operations Modular conference room, located at 26501 Avenue 140, Porterville, Tulare County, CA.
