Summary:

Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: removing the existing roof at the Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Building and installing a new roofing system with correct pitch to protect the SNF Building. The scope includes: removal of the existing built-up roof, rock ballast, rigid insulation, sheet metal, roof drains, fan curbs, hardware, fasteners, and alternate roof patch materials including miscellaneous items and accessories. Demolish cooling tower including screen wall and support to below roof level.

Pre-Bid Conference:

Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on July 1, 2020 at 1:30 P.M., at James Hall, DSH Metropolitan, 11401 Bloomfield, Norwalk, CA 90650.

Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
