Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Hazardous materials remediation, compliance with historic regulatory agency requirements, demolition, plumbing, firestopping, construction of new walls, elevator upgrades to comply with ADA, concrete path of travel, installation of fire sprinkler system, HVAC, electrical and related work.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on August 12, 2020, at 9:30 A.M. at the California Department of Food and Agriculture Building lobby, 1220 N Street, Sacramento, CA. The States requirements for Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (DVBE) participation will be presented along with other contract requirements. Bidders are required to be in attendance for the entirety of the pre-bid site inspection and sign out at the conclusion.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
