Summary:
Project comprises labor, material and services necessary for: Project is to remove existing ballasted built-up roofing and install new single-ply roofing and roof insulation for Building P, the attached Wing 300, and Wing 440 which is not directly attached to Bldg. P and fascia replacement and select upper window repair and/or retrofit to the T & U wings of Building P. Roof replacement includes mechanical, electrical, lifting and resetting of existing equipment, replacement with new equipment, gutters, fascia and aerial roof markings. Demolition of Room 310 with the remaining façade to be returned to its pre-addition configuration.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre-bid site inspection tour on November 21, 2019 at 10:30 A.M., at the Administration Building Entrance of the California School for the Deaf, located at 3044 Horace Street, Riverside, CA, 92506.
