Summary:
Project comprises: Phase 2 project at the Reagan State Building includes, but is not limited to, the removal of architectural barriers related to the path of travel in the common areas within the building. Items have been identified as non-compliant with 2103 CBC or 2010 Americans with Disabilities Standards. Removal of these existing architectural barriers are included as part of this Phase 2 project scope: signage, plumbing fixture heights, toilet compartments and accessories, and countertop heights. Scope of work will bring these areas into compliance.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend the mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on June 18, 2020, at Ronald Reagan Building Main Lobby, North Entrance, 300 South Spring Street, Los Angeles, CA. Inspection tour will begin at 9:30 A.M.
Successful bidder shall furnish payment and performance bonds, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract price.
