Summary:
Scope of Work: Major components of the Security System Upgrades Phase 1 Project Work consists of upgrades to all existing camera systems. Upgrades include new CCTV Head End Equipment, new Network Components, new Security Monitoring stations, and all related work. Existing cameras will be replaced with new camera and new cabling.
Pre-Bid Conference:
Prospective bidders must attend mandatory pre bid site inspection tour on April 14, 2020 at 10:00 A.M. at which time representatives of the State and prospective bidders shall meet at the Richmond Campus, 850 Marina Parkway, Richmond, CA.
Security Clearance: Security clearance is required for entrance into the facility. Bidders: attention is directed to the deadline to contact Michele Leong, Project Director at Michele.leong@dgs.ca.gov no later than 4:00 P.M., April 9, 2020 and provide (1) full name, (2) valid identification or California driver's license number and expiration year, (3) telephone number, and (4) company name prior to the site visit.
