Cal eProcure Update

We are excited to announce that Cal eProcure - California’s Online Marketplace, has been updated with a new look and feel, enhanced navigation and new features for an improved user experience. This user-focused redesign promotes easy access to bidder/supplier accounts, certification profiles, and state procurement information and opportunities.

This page will continue to be updated to address customer questions. Please check back regularly for new and added information on the changes to the Home Page, features of the WorkCenter, and UNSPSC updates.

Home Page Features

Updated Navigation bar with drop down menus providing direct access to Cal eProcure Resources and Quick Links to find:

Bid Opportunities (CSCR)
Certified SB/DVBE Firms (public search)
State Contracts (LPA)
Past Purchases (SCPRS)

The Login/Register button on the top right of the Navigation bar is still available for quick access

Direct access to the California State Contracts Register (CSCR) to search for bid opportunities

New updated "How do I?" tiles with easy to navigate descriptions. Through the tiles you will learn to:

Sell to the State
Get SB/DVBE Certified
Find Public Procurement Information
Find Training and Resources

WorkCenter Features

Another feature of the Cal eProcure redesign is a personalized WorkCenter to quickly view and manage your account and certification profile. Once you log in to your account, your Home Page view includes your WorkCenter with collapsible detailed information.

Features of the WorkCenter include:

Bidder/Supplier account information with a direct link to edit your Bidder/Supplier account
Certified status information with direct links to view your public facing Cal eProcure certification profile and manage your SB/DVBE certifications
If no Certification Record exists for your account an option will be given to Apply for Certification
A "My Account" section that gives direct links to manage your account, update your notifications for bid opportunities, search your event invitations, and change your password
A "Certification" section that gives direct links to manage your certification profile (update, renew, apply, etc) and view your public facing certification profile that buyers search to contact SB/DVBE businesses for contracting opportunities
Please note that "My Account" and "Manage Certifications" are separate information and needs to be individually updated
