File or Upload OAH Case DocumentsFile electronic documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) using the online Secure e-File Transfer (SFT) system. OAH does not accept fax or email copies of documents, send email attachments, or send documents by fax. OAH still accepts documents in person and sent to its offices.
Make Public Records Requests at OAHAny person who would like to request public records that are not exempt from disclosure by statute or other authority should contact the public records review officer at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Requests for all other offices within DGS should be sent to the Office of Public Affairs.
Request Reasonable Accommodation for OAH Legal ProceedingsAny person with a disability that restricts their ability to participate in a legal proceeding before the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) may request a reasonable accommodation by contacting their local office in a General Jurisdiction case, or the assigned calendar clerk in a Special Education case.
