OAH Services

California state and local agencies are able to contract with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) for administrative law judge services, including administrative hearings, mediations, arbitrations and other dispute resolution processes.

File electronic documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) using the online Secure e-File Transfer (SFT) system.

Any person who would like to request public records that are not exempt from disclosure by statute or other authority should contact the public records review officer at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Requests for all other offices within DGS should be sent to the Office of Public Affairs.

Any person can request a transcript or administrative record of their Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) proceeding by contacting the administrative records coordinator at OAH.
