That category is called "Pre-School, Elementary School, and Junior High/High School." The listings within those lists are sorted alphabetically by last name of the attorney, starting with "a". If the listing is for an organization such as a law firm, then those lists are sorted alphabetically by the first letter of the organization's name, starting with "a".  If a category is not showing, for example, "Junior High/High School," then there are no attorneys providing services in that category.
