PWCA ARBITRATOR DEPOSIT

PWCA Arbitrator Deposits may be made via one of the payment options below:

Pay by Mail

To pay the arbitrator deposit by mail you must send either a check or money order to the address below. The check or money order must be made payable to the "Office of Administrative Hearings."

Electronic Check Payments:

To pay the arbitrator deposit by electronic check, you must have a routing number and your account number. There is no fee for using the online electronic check method of payment.

To pay the arbitrator deposit by electronic check, access the e-Pay system through the E-PAY portal on this page.

 

Credit Card Payments:

To pay the arbitrator deposit by credit card, access the e-Pay system through the E-PAY portal on this page.

 

OAH accepts the following types of credit card payments:

  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: 

 

Credit card payments will incur a non-refundable convenience fee of 2.99% by a third-party credit card processing vendor when making credit card payments via E-Pay.

 

The convenience fee is paid to First Data Merchant Services and OAH does not receive any portion of the fee. Convenience Fees are not reflected in the final payment amount received by OAH. Erroneous payments will incur a non-refundable convenience fee. Refunds for erroneous payment typically take 6 to 8 weeks to process.

 

Limit of Liability: UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL THE OFFICE OF ADMINISTRATIVE HEARINGS, DEPARTMENT OF GENERAL SERVICES (HEREINAFTER REFERRED TO AS "AGENCY") BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS, OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE PAYMENT APPLICATION AND/OR ANY THIRD PARTY CONTENT AND SERVICES, WHETHER OR NOT THE DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, AND WHETHER OR NOT THE AGENCY WAS ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

PWCA ARBITRATION DEPOSIT E-PAY

The E-PAY portal is only for payment of the Public Works Contract Arbitrator Deposit. Payments for other purposes will not be accepted.
