PWCA Services

Persons and other authorized entities can file a Public Works Contract Arbitration complaint with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) by following the instructions below. 

 File electronic documents with the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH) using the online Secure e-File Transfer (SFT) system. OAH does not accept fax or email copies of documents, send email attachments, or send documents by fax. OAH still accepts documents in person and sent to its offices.
