DGS-PD conducted demo sessions with randomly selected suppliers during June 2026. These sessions allowed eMarketplace stakeholders to preview the system before it goes live. The sessions help ensure the solution is ready for production and launched with confidence from both sides.

Request for Offer Module Walkthrough

This demo details the Request for Offer (RFO) portal, a feature of eMarketplace where suppliers can respond to RFOs. The portal streamlines the purchasing process and communication between state buyers and suppliers. In a prior meeting, suppliers viewed the platform and provided their feedback. This video shows how their feedback was incorporated into the platform and demonstrates improved functionality.

Usage Report Upload Walkthrough

This demo details the Usage Report upload process. eMarketplace offers suppliers increased functionality for submitting, managing, and updating Usage Reports. The features include customizable templates, tool tips, and linked instructional materials to support new users and facilitate onboarding.
