State procurement professionals may enroll in California Procurement and Contracting Academy (CalPCA) courses and workshops to gain essential knowledge and improve buying skills. Students successfully completing courses receive certificates of completion required for their departments’ delegated purchasing authority.

CalPCA Online, our Learning Management System, allows California state procurement professionals to register for and attend CalPCA’s various courses and labs. In an ongoing effort to make our course content more easily accessible, CalPCA offers a variety of learning content including webinars, self-paced online training, and in-person labs. CalPCA Online is your portal to everything CalPCA has to offer.
