Digital Permitting Tool Leverage Procurement Agreements (LPAs)
State and Local Governmental Agencies can access Digital Permitting Tools through the California Multiple Award Schedules (CMAS), Software Licensing Program (SLP), and Technology, Digital and Data Consulting Master Service Agreement (TDDC MSA).
CMAS offers agreements where prices have been assessed to be fair, reasonable, and competitive. State agencies must follow the User Instructions for each agreement. Local Governmental Agencies must adhere to their procurement rules and regulations. Please use the CMAS Search to search for the CMAS agreements by name.

SLP negotiates software discounts with major software publishers that are then passed on to State agencies and Local Governmental Agencies. SLP contracts are established with authorized participating re-sellers. State agencies must follow the User Instructions for each agreement, which can be found at Cal eProcure.
