The Technology, Digital and Data Consulting Services Master Service Agreement (TDDC MSA) offers professional consulting services that are competitively bid and establish a prequalified list of vendors to simplify the purchasing process for the end user.

State agencies must follow the tier restrictions and guidelines for further competition, described in the User Instructions. Local Governmental Agencies must adhere to their procurement rules and regulations.
