California State Government Printing Services
The Office of State Publishing (OSP) and the California Prison Industry Authority (CALPIA) offer printing services to state, federal, county, and city agencies. OSP and CALPIA offer a wide-range of products and services to their customers. The goal of this website is to help customers identify where to procure particular products, based on the product type and quantity. This site includes ordering and customer service information for both OSP’s and CALPIA’s customer service teams.

Note: As a general guideline, jobs with quantities of 5,000 pieces or less are best suited for CALPIA, while those exceeding 5,000 pieces are more appropriate for OSP, but jobs are not limited to either entity based on quantity. The quantity guideline does not apply to business cards, which are core products for both entities.
