Access Charter School Facilities Funding
About this Service
Charter Schools and/or school districts filing on behalf of a charter can apply for this service by applying for a preliminary apportionment (reservation of bond authority) for new construction projects and rehabilitation of district-owned existing facilities that are at least 15 years old. To qualify for funding, the applicant and charter school must be deemed financially sound by the California School Finance Authority. Applications for this service can only be submitted when the State Allocation Board establishes application filing periods for the Charter School Facilities Program (CSFP); as of this date, an application filing round is not open.
