The Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) administers the State Fleet Card Contract and Program. The State Fleet Card Contract and Program enables State of California and local government agencies to pay for fuel and emergency services associated with government vehicles.
Communications related to the Voyager Fuel Card Program
Thursday, January 3, 2019 - Notice of Voyager Card Program amendment - The State of California, Department of General Services (DGS) and U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) have amended the current fuel card (Voyager) provider contract (Participating Addendum No. 7-16-99-27). The amendment extends the agreement from December 31, 2018, to December 31, 2020. Agencies participating under the contract do not need to resubmit a State Agency Subscription Agreement (STD. 213) nor is any other action required. The amended agreement can be viewed at the Cal eProcure website at https://www.caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/index.aspx. In addition to extending the agreement, the amendment introduces U.S. Bank’s Voyager Maintenance Solution. The Voyager Maintenance Solution is a cardless maintenance services payment tool for optional use by non-state governmental agencies only. - July 27, 2016 – Notice of New Fleet Card Program Agreement – U.S. Bank National Association (U.S. Bank) has entered into an agreement with the State of California to continue providing fleet card services through the new State of California Participating Addendum No. 7-16-99-27. The Fleet Card Program will be governed by this new Agreement effective November 1, 2016. Your current Voyager cards will continue to function without interruption.

- September 29, 2016 - New Agreement Notification to State Agencies - DGS-OFAM emailed all participating State Agencies formal notification of the new agreement for Fleet Card (Voyager) Services.
- October 4, 2016 - Notification to Local Agencies - On October 4, 2016, U.S. Bank began sending out notification of the new Fleet Card (Voyager) Services agreement to over 500 participating Local Agencies. Those that did not receive notification via email should expect to receive a letter in the mail sometime within the next few weeks.
