OAH is now accepting online payments via Credit Card or Electronic Check through the new Secure E-Pay system

The Office of Administrative Hearings announces the launch of the Secure E-Pay system.  This system provides a safe and secure method for consumers to make payments online for Administrative Record/Transcript orders, Public Works Contract Arbitration (PWCA) program filing fees, and PWCA Arbitrator deposits. The following payment methods are accepted:

  • Electronic Check
  • Visa
  • MasterCard
  • Discover

Please note that credit card payments incur a non-refundable convenience fee of 2.99%. There is no charge for online payments made via Electronic Check. For more information, please see one of the following pages:
