The Division of the State Architect (DSA) has revised PR 18-02: Pre-Check (PC) Building Designs CALGreen/Energy Code Compliance Review for updates and requirements to California Green Building Standards Code (CALGreen) and the California Energy Code (CEnC) and can be accessed on DSA’s Publications webpage.

PR 18-02 outlines the requirements for the CalGreen and CEnC compliance review of pre-check (PC) permanent modular or relocatable building designs submitted to DSA for approval. This procedure details how a building design, which will be placed on various sites, is required to meet the requirements of the current version of the CALGreen and CEnC.
