Revised DSA 3: Project Submittal Checklist
In order to improve the project submittal process, the Division of the State Architect (DSA) has revised the DSA 3: Project Submittal Checklist. The DSA 3 is a guide for design professionals to ensure complete submission of project documents and achieve an efficient plan review by DSA. DSA plan review staff will use this same checklist to determine if project submittals are complete and ready for in-depth plan review.
