Form DSA 810 Update
DSA 810: Fire & Life Safety Site Conditions Submittal Instructions amended.
The DSA 810: Fire & Life Safety Site Conditions Submittal form has been revised in it's instructions.
In section 7a: Alternate Design of the instructions, the local fire authority has been amended to clarify that when a signature is required, it must be by a chief officer or authorized fire prevention officer.
