A completed certification application package can be expedited in an effort to prevent firms from missing bidding opportunities that are due within 30 days. Firms, state agencies, and Reciprocity Partners may submit expedite requests. An expedite request must be submitted along with the certification application no later than five business days prior to the bid due date. An expedite request may not be submitted after a certification application has been submitted.

Note: The written expedite request and a completed application package must include the necessary supporting documents. Please allow 5-10 business days for processing time.
