Decommission of U.S. Bank Email Account

On October 31, 2025, the email address calcard@usbank.com will be decommissioned due to increased phishing and account fraud generated through this address. To counteract this issue, U.S. Bank (USB) has launched a new secure message portal through which agency Program Administrator(s) (PAs) and point(s) of contact (POCs) registered with USB can communicate with USB on account or agency matters. The Access® Online secure message portal is accessed through Access® Online, menu item Need help?, Message client services option. This secure communication method will ensure PAs and registered POCs safely communicate directly with USB.

This option is not available to cardholders or other agency personnel who are not registered as a PA or POC. Agency staff requiring assistance should reach out to their first point of contact, the agency PA/POC. If staff with a CAL-Card have a card-related issue, they should contact USB by calling the Cardmember Service number on the back of their card.

As a reminder, banking issues or questions should not be emailed to the CAL-Card Program (CALCardProgram@dgs.ca.gov) as these can only be addressed by USB.
