The project is located on an approximately 1.57 acre, Former DMV site that is no longer needed, located at 16499 Merrill Ave, in the City of Fontana, County of San Bernardino.
Project Milestones
The site will be developed by:
Homes & Hope, LLC, a California limited liability company, jointly with Cabrillo Economic Development Corporation, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation, and Neighborhood Partnership Housing Services, a California nonprofit public benefit corporation
The site will facilitate the construction of 128 multifamily homes, ranging from 1 bedroom to 3 bedrooms and 1 unit for an onsite manager, along with common room facilities and outdoor amenities.
The income restrictions of the units are:
- 32 Units at 30 % Average Median Income
- 82 Units at 50% Average Median Income
- 13 Units at 70 % Average Median Income
