Federal Surplus Property Program Plan of Operations Amendments

The Department of General Services (DGS) Office of Fleet and Asset Management (OFAM) is opening a public comment period for proposed amendments to the Federal Surplus Property Program (FSPP) Plan of Operations.

Amendments included in this plan ensure program compliance and align with current California laws and regulations, as well as updated General Services Administration (GSA) guidelines.

Stakeholders and members of the public are encouraged to review the proposed amendments and provide feedback during the open comment period.
