Structural and Access Compliance Plan Filing Fee Adjustment

The Division of the State Architect’s (DSA) structural filing fees for public K–12 schools and community college projects and the access plan review fee for all projects will decrease for plans received on or after September 1, 2025. It is anticipated that the fee calculator in the Tracker website will be updated by August 1, 2025.

The adjusted structural plan review filing fees for K-12 and community college projects will decrease to the following levels effective September 1, 2025:

  • The minimum fee shall remain $250.
  • 0.69 percent of the estimated project cost for the first $1 million.
  • 0.49 percent of the estimated project cost for all costs in excess of $1 million.

The adjusted access compliance plan review filing fees for all projects will decrease to the following levels effective September 1, 2025:

  • The minimum fee shall remain $500.
  • 0.45 percent of the estimated project cost for the first $500,000.
  • 0.23 percent of the estimated project cost for $500,000 to $2 million.
  • 0.09 percent of the estimated project cost for $2 million to $25 million.
  • 0.07 percent of the estimated project cost for $25 million to $50 million.
  • 0.05 percent of the estimated project cost for $50 million to $100 million.
  • 0.04 percent of the estimated project cost for $100 million and above.

Structural and access compliance plan review fees are based on the fee schedules in effect the date the plans are received by DSA and remain in effect throughout the duration of the project.
