The Valuation Threshold for Alterations, Structural Repairs or Additions to Existing Buildings – In accordance with the 2019 California Building Code Chapter 2 definition of VALUATION THRESHOLD, the 2020 valuation threshold is $170,466.00 and will be updated again in January, 2021.
