The Valuation Threshold for Alterations, Structural Repairs or Additions to Existing Buildings–In accordance with the 2019 California Building Code, Chapter 2 definition of Valuation Threshold, the 2021 valuation threshold for alterations is $172, 418.00 and will be updated again in January 2022.
