Ashley Leon-Vazquez is an entrepreneur who is the co-founder, CFO and Marketing Director of Rio Luna INC. She graduated with a Bachelor of Art degree from University of California, Riverside. Commissioner Leon-Vazquez and her husband, David, produced an idea for a coffee shop that would celebrate and merge their love of traditional Mexican sweets, with American dessert staples.

Commissioner Leon-Vazquez and her family opened Horchateria Rio Luna in 2018 with the goal of bringing a taste of their Mexican heritage to their community. Horchateria Rio Luna was recognized by a State Assembly member, Anthony Rendon, officially becoming the small business of the year in 2017.
