STATE EXCESS SITES FOR LEASE and/or SALE
HIGHLIGHTS
- The California Department of General Services (DGS), through its Real Estate Services Division (RESD), is pleased to make available state excess properties for proposals for redevelopment.
- Each property listed on the map is available for proposal for non-residential AND/OR residential uses.
- Interested parties may submit a development proposal, as outlined below, for any site on or by a posted due date. RESD will evaluate proposals submitted and engage successful respondents on the redevelopment process.
