ACCEPTANCE OF CREDIT CARDS - 8023.1

State agencies/departments accepting credit card payments must provide a notice of the credit card payment option to all payers. The notice will be included on or accompany the billing statement and provide:

1. Space on the payment form for the payer to provide a credit card number, expiration date, and signature, or
2. Complete instructions describing the procedures the payer must follow in order to pay by credit card.
