Sections 6848–6856 describe project phases and processes for a design-bid-build project approach. This discussion relates primarily to securing DOF/PWB budget approval to initiate new phases and for project changes; it is not intended to address other project administrative requirements, such as state procedures related to contract law or project accounting.
