ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE - 4906

The statewide Enterprise Architecture (EA) is developed in a cooperative, managed, and coordinated effort facilitated by the California Department of Technology. The California Enterprise Architecture Framework (CEAF), and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), Special Publication (SP) 800-207 Zero Trust Architecture and the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Zero Trust Maturity Model are adopted as the state’s standards to develop and maintain the statewide EA.

Accordingly, Agencies/state entities shall implement EA in accordance with CEAF. In addition, Agencies/state entities shall, to the extent practical, utilize the EA Practices included in CEAF.
