Riverside Affordable Housing Project

The California Department of Forestry (CalFire) surplus property in Riverside has been identified as an opportunity for development of affordable housing. The former CalFire property (the “Site”) is located at 2524 Mulberry Street, Assessor’s Parcel Number (APN) 209-130-003. The Site is approximately 4.07 acres of improved land comprised of one irregularly shaped and level parcel. The Site is located within an Opportunity Zone and Qualified Census Tract.
