The California Department of General Services (DGS) identified the former State of California Office Building and adjacent parking lot for development of affordable housing. The project is envisioned to create over 1,000 new residences of different affordability levels with a mix of office and public facilities that will complement the San Diego Central Business Core.
Project Milestones
The California Department of Housing and Community and The Department of General Services have selected The Michaels Organization to shepherd the vision and create the development.
