Fresno DWR Affordable Housing Project

The Department of General Services identified a site approximately +/- 2.79 acres located at 3374 East Shields Avenue in the City of Fresno, County of Fresno for the development of affordable housing. The site (APN#: 445-020-13T).

The existing DGS controlled site is a single-story is a governmental office building formerly occupied by the California Department of Water Resources and California Department of Public Health. The site is situated approximately 4.25 miles east of United States Route 99 and 1.5 miles north of State Route (SR) 180.

The site will be developed in two phases to provide a total of 224 income restricted affordable housing units.
