The Department of General Services identified a site approximately +/- .45 acres located at 233 N Second Ave in the City of Covina, County of Los Angeles for the development of affordable housing. The site (APN#: 8445-001-916).
The site is in the Covina Town Center Specific Plan and contains an existing vacant one-story building that was a former CDCR Parole Office.
Developer will receive a long-term ground lease from the State. The site will be developed in one phase to provide a total of 60 income restricted affordable housing units.
