PAY FEES ELECTRONICALLY! CBSC now has the ability to accept electronic e-check or credit/debit card payments for the Building Standards Administration Special Revolving Fund (BSASRF).

E-check processing is free, while the fee for credit/debit card payments is 2.99% of the transaction value. Jurisdictions can save time and money by emailing the Fee Report and payment information to CBSC, and eliminate mailing a check each quarter. Use the button to the left to request more information.

The Building Standards Administration Special Revolving Fund (BSASRF), commonly referred to as The Green Fee or SB 1473 (Calderon, Chapter 719, Statutes of 2008), went into effect on January 1, 2009. The fund established in the State Treasury is from a surcharge on both residential and nonresidential building permits.
