Any person who would like to request public records that are not exempt from disclosure by statute or other authority should contact the public records review officer at the Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH). Requests for all other offices within DGS should be sent to the Office of Public Affairs.

Bidders who were not awarded a contract can protest the proposed awarded contract by following certain state regulations and policies.

Fleet assets are posted online for public online bidding and may be viewed in person at Bar None Auction Yards two (2) days prior to monthly public auction.

State agencies can request construction supervision, inspection and management to ensure projects utilizing public funds are built per the approved plans and specifications, meet the quality and performance specified, and meet applicable codes and industry standards.

State department or agencies seeking the authority to perform alterations to an existing state-owned facility may request the Delegation of Public Works Projects (Form 23).
