Voyager Fuel Card Program

The STAMMP uses a one provider payment system for the purchase of travel and fuel-related services.  The Voyager Fuel Card Program is utilized for vehicle and aviation fuel and maintenance-related expenses.  If you drive a fleet vehicle, you may be eligible to use a Voyager Fuel Card.  Begin by contacting your fleet card administrator for more information since each department manages its own fleet card program and policies may differ. 

Travel Bulletin and Contract

Travel Bulletin #11-04 (PDF) announces the extension of the Department of General Services One Provider Contract with American Express Corporate Services and Voyager Fleet Systems, INC. 
(Term: November 1, 2011 through April 30, 2012).

Travel Bulletin #10-08 (PDF) announces the extension of the Department of General Services (DGS) One Provider Contract with American Express Corporate Services and Voyager Fleet Systems Inc. (Term:  November 1, 2010 through October 31, 2011.)

One Provider Contract Amendment # 3 (PDF) extends the contract term through April 30, 2012.

Voyager Services and Contacts 

The Voyager Fleet Systems, Inc provides a fuel card for state employees that can be used at over 10,000 retail locations throughout California to purchase fuel, alternative fuels, fluids and lubricants.
