CalTravelStore, One-Stop Travel Shop

The Department of General Services (DGS) is pleased to offer a one-stop travel shop at for government-business travel arrangements via a contract with the TravelStore.  Government travelers can make reservations for airline tickets, cars, rail, and guest room accommodations via Concur, the online booking tool and/or CalTravelStore, the state's only authorized travel agency. 


This STP one-stop shop solution allows travelers to use the most economical rates available via contracted travel-related services.  In addition, DGS captures the entire state volume for benchmark reporting, transparency, efficiency, and to leverage the travel industry for consolidated reduced rates and fares for government travelers.  In addition, should a disaster or catastrophe occur, the state will be able to identify the location of all of their travelers.
