The Department of General Services, Procurement Division (DGS-PD) strives to make doing business with the State easier. Our contractor for the eProcurement system, BidSync, provides one location to advertise procurement opportunities and to get certified as a California Small or Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise supplier.
As of Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 11:59 pm, the Office of Small Business & Disabled Veteran Business Enterprise (OSDS) will no longer accept certification applications online through BidSync, as we are preparing to transition to the new Cal eProcure vendor portal.
However, you may still apply using the following electronic version of the paper application. Please submit hard copies of your application and any required documentation to: Office of Small Business & DVBE Services, 707 3rd Street, Room 1-400, MS 210, West Sacramento, CA 95605.

Renewals may be submitted 90 days before expiration date.
