The DGS Office of Small Business and Disabled Veteran Enterprise Services' certification system (FI$Cal) and the Cal eProcure portal will be down for system maintenance during the following dates:
Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. until Monday, July 9, 2018, at 6:00 a.m.
You will not be able to access the online certification applications during this time. If your firm is bidding on upcoming contracts and must submit an application by a bid due date during the system shutdown, all applications will need to be submitted in paper format to our office by fax at (916) 375-4950, or by mail at Office of Small Business & DVBE Services, 707 3rd Street, 1st Floor, Room 1-400, MS 210, West Sacramento, CA 95605
If your firm's certification expires on June 30th and you have submitted a renewal application and have not heard from us by June 25th, please contact us at OSDSHelp@dgs.ca.gov Thank you for your patience.
