Cal eProcure Outage

Cal eProcure Outage:  Cal eProcure will be unavailable beginning Friday, 7/7 at noon until Monday, 7/10 at noon.

 

1.    What Cal eProcure Functionality do I have access to during this three (3) day planned Cal eProcure site outage?

a.    Users can view and/or download the current advertised California State Contracts Register (CSCR) bid listing that will be available at www.caleprocure.ca.gov

b.    For questions about certification users should contact Office of Small Business and DVBE Services (OSDS) at 916-375-4940 or  by email OSDSHelp@dgs.ca.gov

 

2.    Can I look up vendor and/or contracts during this three (3) day planned Cal eProcure site outage?

a.    For vendor questions please contact:

b.    For contract questions please contact the Department of General Services Procurement Division (PD) main line at:

3.    Can I apply for certification during this three (3) day planned Cal eProcure site outage?

a.    During this short planned site outage State of California is accepting PAPER SB/DVBE certification application.  The paper certification application is located at http://www.documents.dgs.ca.gov/pd/smallbus/SBDVBECertApp.pdf

 

4.    My Bid due date falls on the Friday or Monday when the system is down, and I need to get Certified immediately.  What do I do?

a.    In order to qualify for expedited certification processing, you must:

                                   i.    Be actively bidding on an upcoming State of California solicitation or State of California reciprocity partner solicitation

                                  ii.    The solicitation must also be in the same line of business for which you are requesting to be certified.

1.    NOTE:  In the cases of equipment rental purchases, requests to expedite certification application are accepted only during an declared state of emergency (by executive order) at the request of the awarding state department

                                iii.     Provide a written request to have the application expedited that is signed by the same business owner, officer, or contact person as indicated on the certification application

                                 iv.    A copy of the qualifying solicitation as noted in section (i) above, which clearly indicates the bid due date.  In the case of the State of California reciprocity partner solicitation the copy must the bid due date and the solicitation page which requires the State’s Certification

                                  v.    A completed paper application including ALL REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTATION, no later than 5:00 P.M. on the Bid Due Date

1.    NOTE: An incomplete application submittal will delay the certification decision

2.    The paper certification application is located at http://www.documents.dgs.ca.gov/pd/smallbus/SBDVBECertApp.pdf.

                                 vi.    Using either mail, fax or by hand-deliver complete expedited application packages go to:
