 Contract Documents

The contract numbers for each contractor can be found using List of Contractors, Classifications and Rates. 

To access a copy of the contract documents from Cal eProcure:

 

  • Go to Cal eProcure – Contract Search (https://caleprocure.ca.gov/pages/LPASearch/lpa-search.aspx)

  • Enter the contract number in the Contract ID field and click

  • Click  to access MSA Contract information

  • Click the View All link under the Attachments section to see all attachments

  • Click  next to the contract document of your choice

    Quarterly Reports

    Per Request for Proposal (RFP) 5137002, contractors shall submit a quarterly report to Stephanne.lim@dgs.ca.gov by the following due dates even if it indicates no contract activity:
    • July 15 (for the period covering April 1 to June 30)
    • October 15 (for the period covering July 1 to September 30)
    • January 15 (for the period covering October 1 to December 31)
    • April 15 (for the period covering January 1 to March 30)

      A transaction report must be submitted once per quarter even if there is no contract activity.  Contractors must submit a report to DGSITCONSULTINGMSA@dgs.ca.gov by the following due dates even if it indicates no contract activity:

      Marketing Your Contract

      Contractors have the option to market their services under this contract to User Agencies via a spreadsheet of all IT Consulting MSA contractors' with their applicable UNSPSC codes and keywords describing their specific services offered under this MSA.  If you would like to be included in this spreadsheet, complete the MSA Marketing Form and email it to DGSITConsultingMSA@dgs.ca.gov.

      Application Process

      Application Process

      Unsuccessful Proposers and new Proposers will have an opportunity in the future to obtain an MSA award.  Approximately six (6) months after the original MSA is awarded, the State may administer an application process to add contractors to the MSA. 

      An applicant must: 
      • Meet Administrative and Technical Requirements
      • Commit to hourly rates equal to, or lower than the lowest hourly rate, and 
      • Agree to all DGS terms and conditions without change.
